We are living in the future and there are new devices, gadgets and smart computers coming almost every day of our lives. But at the same time, these future—possibly revolutionary—technologies, need the same sort of unbiased review to help fleets consider them and for manufacturers to learn and adapt their product solutions to better meet fleets’ needs. The declining investment in defence innovation and technology development presents a particular threat to the long-term sustainability of the defence research base.
Greater interaction will raise productivity but require different and often higher skills, new technology interfaces, different wage models in some cases, and different types of investments by businesses and workers to acquire skills. There is large-scale adoption of these technologies in areas such as network threat detection and threat intelligence extraction, while other areas such as continuous authentication appear less mature.
Scientists are trying to create technology that will be beneficial to the earth as well. While predicting future technology is never an exact science, I went to the minds of people who might have an idea of what technology might look like in 10 years. These technologies help an entire host of issues; the decrease in cost leads to health insurance becoming more affordable and therefore more accessible to the everyday citizen.
We maintain a deep understanding of emerging and game changing technologies so we can identify the areas of investment that will ensure we maintain global leading in military, aerospace, and security capabilities. Solar energy is also a big industry which has the potential to create a lot of jobs.
This can help technology and business teams gather customer feedback, incorporate it into each release of product design, and engage the customer to communicate new features and availability of updates as a result of their feedback and consumption. In the medium-term, aging at home is the main “disruptor” that digital technology will focus on, and which will push the market to reinvent itself.
